I finished reading the latest Boneshaker: A Bicycling Almanac (43-200) from Wolverine Farm Publishing. Always a pleasure to read. The articles aren’t about racing, or “essential” gear, or any of that nonsense that most people associate with bicycles. These articles are about touring, smoking a pipe while riding, film festivals, handmade bicycle builders, and raising a family with cargo bikes. The articles make me feel good about riding my bike. I don’t feel like I need to go out any buy anything to be happy, I just need to get on my bike a ride.
